The route is located at the historical sites of Copenhagen.
Swimming consists of one 3.8 km lap in the lagoon of Amager Beach Park. The water is calm, there are practically no waves. Three low bridges crossing the lagoon is an ideal place for spectators. The water temperature is 18-20 degrees, a swim in wetsuits.
The bike race first passes through the center of Copenhagen, and then 2 laps in a hilly area along the coastline. The route is blocked only in the direction of the movement of the athletes. There are three power points in the circle.
The running stage consists of 4.5 laps. Running is not hot, comfortable. The race extends along the famous Copenhagen Canal. At the finish, you will be greeted by more than 20,000 fans. This IRONMAN race is at its best!
